The refereed scientific research journals have
established a unique medium for the publication of new
developments and advances in science, engineering,
technology, interdisciplinary research, development and
education. All submitted articles should report
original, previously unpublished research results,
experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the
journal should meet these criteria and must not be under
consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts
should follow the style of the journal and are subject
to both review and editing. The open access journal
papers are freely available as printed and online
through the digital library, readily accessible by all
researchers and libraries around the world.
