The
2012 International Conference on Digital Convergence (ICDC
2012) will be held in Coimbatore,
India during February 18-19, 2012. ICDC 2012 is sponsored by IACSIT,
Technically co-sponsored by RMK Engineering College, Co-sponsored and
hosted by SRI ESHWAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, Coimbatore
VLSI and Communication advances permit complex functions to be embedded
ubiquitously giving intelligence and enhanced functionality to many
products and services. This technology is taking its pervasive aspects
to the next level with the new wave of technology, products and tools
for digital convergence. The First International Conference on Digital
Convergence -2012 (ICDC-2012) addresses all aspects of digital and mixed
hardware/software system engineering. It is a discussion forum for
researchers and engineers working on state-of-the-art investigations,
development, and applications. It focuses on advanced system, design,
and design automation concepts, paradigms, methods and tools, as well
as, modern implementation technologies that enable effective and
efficient development of high quality systems for important and
demanding applications in fields such as (wireless) communication and
networking; measurement and instrumentation; health - care and medicine;
military, space, avionic and automotive systems; security; multi-media
and ambient intelligence.
The conference is a international forum for the presentation of
technological advances and research results in the fields of Digital
Convergence. The conference will bring together leading researchers,
engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the
world.
The ICDC-2012 offers a track of quality R&D updates from key experts and
provides an opportunity in bringing in the new techniques and horizons
that will contribute to digital convergence in the next few years.
All
full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on
originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness,
relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
All
papers for the ICDC 2012 will be published in the
IPCSIT (ISSN:
2010-460X) as one volume, and will be indexed by WorldCat, Google
Scholar, Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and sent to be
reviewed by Ei Compendex and ISI Proceedings.
